Direct per-call support is offered by incident, and training or evaluation by the hour. We can assist you for a few minutes, a few hours, or provide ongoing remote service to keep your system online and up-to-date.
- Incident Based Phone or Email Support - If you have a support issue that can not be resolved using the free resources available, per-incident support is available, which includes follow-up calls and emails as needed relating to the same issue as the original call. The flat rate is $200 per incident.
- Phone Training and Data/Default Evaluation - Scheduled phone training and evaluation of your data and default settings is available for $200/hour in 30 minute increments.

Regular program updates & Bug fixes, including annual Payroll updates for Evo-ERP and DBA Classic licensees. Twelve month minimum subscription required. Billing monthly with credit card on file or quarterly Net 10 Days. -
Silver Plan - $175/month Includes Unlimited Email Support, plus Updates
Unlimited email based technical support during normal business hours. Assigned tech rep - always work with the same person. Once registered, you will be given an email address for use when posting questions. -
Gold Plan - $250/month Includes Unlimited Phone and Email Support, plus Updates

- Update Installation - We can log into your system remotely and install IS Tech updates for you, saving the cost of bringing in your local IT Consultant simply to install an update. Quoted on case by case basis for non-Platinum subscribers.
- Custom Reports - We can create reports (RTM or text) within the program based on your specifications.
- Custom Programs - IS Tech Support has experienced programmers intimately familiar with the complexities of the DBA business logic and data file structure. If you want anything in DBA customized to your specific needs, we can provide programs to make DBA do exactly what you need with a minimum impact on the other modules. Custom programs are quoted by the “Job” rather than by the hour so there is no risk to you. Typical customizations run in the $200 to $400 range depending on complexity - request a quote for additional details.
- Pay for Priority - In many cases, a requested custom is something we already have on our “wish list” but just haven't gotten to yet. You can “Pay for Priority” to get something you specifically need moved higher on the programming priority list which gets you the enhancement you need and makes it part of the standard IS Tech Support DBA enhancement set so you don't have to worry about getting left behind in future updates.
- Data Evaluation - IS Tech Support offers Data Evaluation for DBA users who would like expert evaluation of default settings and transaction processing without the expense of an on-site visit. Save a copy of your company data on CD or other backup media and send it to us and we will review your settings and provide advice regarding the optimum use of DBA for your company environment.
